February 29, Friday. Two days before Werweran 15, Lloyd and I went to Binalonan on our bikes. We needed the extra kilometers of training before the race because we were not able to train for some time. We rode nice and slow. It was about 200kms ride from Manila to Binalonan. March 22, Saturday. Route Survey. Riders from different teams assembled around 7am at the starting line for the race on the following day. We surveyed the 50km race route. While familiarizing with the route, the group found out that the road condition was terrible. There were a lot of potholes, surprising and dangerous islands and humps. (more…)

Sir Hiso is inviting cyclists to join the 2008 edition of his criterium race, the 3rd RP Hiso Sports Cycling Classic in his hometown Marikina City on Saturday, March 15. Aside from his long time commitment to the sport, the race is also his annual search of young and promising cyclists. The race will be held around the Marikina Sports Center.
