February 29, Friday. Two days before Werweran 15, Lloyd and I went to Binalonan on our bikes. We needed the extra kilometers of training before the race because we were not able to train for some time. We rode nice and slow. It was about 200kms ride from Manila to Binalonan. It was already late in the afternoon when we arrived in Elmo’s house because we were too slow hehehe. (more…)

June 12, Thursday. Happy Independence Day! Its been a while since I last updated. I have been busy helping out on a project. It goes a little out of hand and takes more than what I expected. But everything is now getting back on track and made a lot easier by Sir Hiso. Thank you sir!

I am way behind my post about the races I joined in the last few months. I hope I can post it in the following days. Since there were no clear plans and program for the team, I started doing weight training about 3 weeks ago. I am suppose to be building up my base and doing long rides pero pabago-bago na ang panahon at lagi akong naulanan. I got sick last weekend, then had an accident at home last Monday, June 9. Pag sinuswerte ka nga naman. Naulanan na naman kanina kaya may sipon na agad ngayon.

On June 2, Tuesday, I attended the funeral of a colleague, Rodelio Valdez. Condolence to his whole family.
