Victor was entered at the last minute for the Finals 2 race for bronze of Team Pursuit in replace of one of the members. The team succeeded against the Indonesians who suffered a spill and did not finish the race.

congrats pre uli. sana pinaglaro ka ng mas maaga sa event na pinagensayuhan mo. baka di n sana natin mag fight for bronze. tutal pre superman ka laruan mo na pati mtb tsaka womens event, kung babasagin ka rin lang sana mas balahura pa para one time lang. bro its not just the credibility or performance or the training that one man becomes the champion, it also concerns those who is around you. both those who cheer and those wishing you’d wipe out. for us who cheer it’s a toast waiting for your arrival. and to the other…well… a slap for not knowing the saying.. “you can’t put a good man down”
