After almost losing all hope, Victor wins the gold in men’s points race. We thank the Lord for this very unexpected blessing. We dedicate his success and hard work to Our Lady of the Holy Rosary in Manaoag, Our Lady of Good and Peaceful Voyage in Antipolo, and San Roque in Navotas. Indeed, when God closes the doors, He opens the windows. If we trust, He will provide.
