October 7, Sunday. Today is the feast of Our Lady of Manaoag. I am very unfortunate not to be able to attend mass and pay respect. Kuwa Victor was hospitalized for 3 days due to gastroenteritis and dehydration. I feel really bad that I was not able to visit him in the hospital. I was training. I am really happy that he has fully recovered.

Last Friday, October 5, I asked permission to sleep at home because I will be having a tooth pulled the following day. I was also trying my luck in finding the results of 2 case studies done around 7 years ago. I was the subject of the study wherein I was filmed while doing a short steep climb in break point, Area 2, UP. My pedalling position and pedalling angle were analysed frame by frame by experts and professionals in the field of Human Kinetics. I will make a post about the study as soon as I got hold of the results. I will also post about a study done on two profesional cyclists’ aero dynamic position during itt published in a cycling magazine. Hahanapin ko lang po muna sa baul ang mga kasulatan. Hindi lang halata pero hanggat makakaya ko ayoko iasa ang training ko sa tsambahan o sa sagot na basta na lang. At sigurado ako na alam ko ang 90% ng 50 o ang correct spelling ng Philippines. hehehe
