I was supposed to go back to Manaoag with my family on June 3, Sunday. I turned down all appointments on that day for my thanks giving prayers in Our Lady of the Rosary in Manaoag, but unexpected things came up. Kesa sa mapako ang promise, I decided to drive to Antipolo with my wife, at magpasalamat sa Our Lady of Peaceful and Good Voyage. Hindi lang halata, pero may mga kilala ako na pro na mas religious kaysa sa akin, who rarely miss a Sunday mass with their families. Lloyd is one of them. During the most difficult times in my life, my faith has become my refuge. Ilang beses na akong humingi ng tulong at hindi ako nabigo. Now, it is my turn to profess my faith and give my thanks. After a very busy post-tour week off my bike, I am back to training last June 4, Monday. Report na ulit sa national team. Pagod pa rin sa sobrang dami ng activities at appointments pero need to set my tiredness aside para sa training. hehehe. Labo. I had a core training sa gym sa Rizal with the other cyclists. My body is aching. It had been years since the last time I lifted some weights.  (more…)
